What began as Ruben's own problem became a premium portable workstation, engineered with Mango Product Design in the Netherlands.
I ran e-commerce businesses for years, often from airports, cafés, hotels, and temporary desks. My laptop was powerful enough for the work, but one screen always slowed me down.
I tried the portable monitor systems that were already out there. Some worked, but none felt like they belonged next to the laptop I was carrying. Too bulky. Too dim. Too much plastic. Too many compromises.
So I partnered with Mango Product Design in the Netherlands to build the setup I wanted myself: two real screens, a clean portable form, and a level of quality that feels right next to a premium laptop.
DuoView Pro is that setup. Built for people who work from anywhere and still need the clarity of a full desk.

Hi guys, my name is Ruben. I'm 31 years young. Two years ago, I moved to Dubai to launch my own hardware startup, DuoView Pro.
When I was younger, I ran e-commerce stores all over the world. I worked a lot from different places like airports, coffee shops, hotels, and I always felt the same: one laptop screen is just not enough. I tried different portable monitor systems, but most of them felt cheap, dim, low resolution, low quality.
I partnered with a leading design company in the Netherlands, and this year we won the iF Design Award. Here is what we built: two 16-inch screens, 2.5K resolution with up to 500 nits brightness, full CNC aluminum, and the best part, both screens run from just one single cable. 0.7 mm thin glass, optically bonded with anti-reflective and anti-fingerprint treatments.
We launch on Kickstarter on July 28, 2026. The first thousand backers get a limited Founders Edition in dark purple, numbered and never made again. Silver and space black will also be available.
